By purchasing a ticket to any workshop or training facilitated by Ashleigh Chapman, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms are designed to support a clear, respectful, and professional experience for all participants.

2. Workshop Registration

Registration is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Workshop details, including location and timing, will be provided via email following registration.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are entered correctly at the time of booking.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in AUD.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

Non-Refundable Tickets

All workshop tickets are non-refundable.

Transfers & Credits

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be:

• transferred to a future workshop, or
• converted to a credit for a future training or offering

Credits must be used within 6 months of the original workshop date.

On-Call Professionals

We recognise that some perinatal professionals (e.g. doulas, midwives) work in on-call roles.

If you are unable to attend due to being called to a birth or similar professional responsibility, please make contact as soon as possible. A transfer or credit will be arranged.

5. Changes to Workshop Delivery

In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be rescheduled or cancelled by the facilitator, participants will be offered:

• a transfer to a new date, or
• a full refund

6. Attendance

Workshops are designed to be attended in full.

Late arrivals or early departures may impact your experience, and we encourage participants to arrive 5–10 minutes early.

7. Workshop Content & Scope

Workshops are educational in nature and designed for professional development.

They are not a substitute for individual therapy, supervision, or clinical consultation.

Participants are responsible for applying workshop content within their own professional scope of practice.

8. Resources & Materials

Participants may receive handouts or resources as part of the workshop.

These materials are for personal professional use only and are not to be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during registration will be kept confidential and used only for communication related to the workshop.

Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality of any personal or case-related information shared during the workshop.

10. Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, participation in workshops is at your own discretion.

Ashleigh Chapman is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from participation.
